Property management - no repair deductible
I am looking at using another property management firm. They seem to have great feedback, however, the thing that concerns me is that they don't have a repair deductible. Would this really be an issue and will cause tenants to keep calling about minor issues?

I don't think I've ever had a PM with a repair deductible. You don't want the tenant not calling about the water leak because they don't want to pay their portion. It hasn't been an issue but my properties are all SFR or townhomes.
