Conversion and ADA compliancy
I am in the process of purchasing a commercial property. It’s three stories (each less than 3k sqft) The main level is a bar, the top level is a office, and the bottom level is a function hall. I’d like to put 2 apartments on the bottom level, 1 where the bar area is, and 1-2 where the office is. I’m a little clueless on what needs to be done to comply with ADA in the process of the renovation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
