Landlord Property Management Legal Paperwork

Hi there,

I am approaching the close date on my first rental property. Everything has been very straightforward with the help of my realtor. The next step is to get legal documents in order to begin screening and leasing tenants. Other than a rental application form and rental agreement contract, are there other forms I should be aware of and have ready as a new landlord self-managing? Any help is appreciated :)
