I’m looking to help a young couple get into a home with a lease option. What are the nuts and bolts of this opportunity? What strategy is best with this unique situation? The home isn’t purchased yet. I have financing approved. I would like inquire about types of paperwork and financial strategies needed to be successful. Thank you!
