Renting to a corporate housing company?
I am listing first rental, and had an inquire by a corporate housing company to do a six month lease for some folks who had to move out under an insurance claim. They are willing to pay 20% premium on the house which is great. Does anyone have any experience with doing this? Things to look out for?
