To rezone a property from residential to commericial

Hello,

I am a little new when it comes to rezoning a property. I want to change it from residential to commercial so it can be turned into a tutoring center. I wanted to reach out on here to see if there are any specific people or firms I should go through in the Charlotte area that have successfully done this before? Please let me know if you have any idea.
