Erie: What are Erie’s egress requirements?

Insurance agent cited ‘a relatively new’ Erie policy requirement regarding egress access...which seems aggressively aspirational and unrealistic. 

Do not want to taint the responses by stating the specific requirement. Property type is a two story brick quad. Anyone know of the Erie’s egress requirements for a 2 story investment property?
