Property Manager need (sonoma county)

Hi ,

I have a need for property manager in Santa Rosa CA, I have a house to manage and I am looking for someone who is an investor and have some knowledge about rent cap and price gouge locally in this area. I like someone who is also handy and can fix things on the fly if needed.

I  am ready to switch right away for the good person.
