Hey BP folks,

I made a commitment to myself last July to buy my first property and start house hacking. Fast forward one year, I just got my offer accepted a couple of weeks ago! There are major electrical and minor plumbing issues, and the house needs some TLC. Can someone help me find a reliable contractor in the North Dallas Area? Thanks in advance 🙏🏽
