How to create recurring billing for utility costs for tenants

Just started with Avail.co for posting and leasing a few small rentals. However, I have an extra monthly fee for water billing that is not included in the rent total but IS listed as a separate fee in the lease.  Avail.co doesn't appear to allow me to set up recurring charges for anything but rent, so every month I would have to do a invoice manually. (And remember to do it)

Does anyone have a solution that will allow me to create recurring charges so its more automated?
