Hey everyone, does anyone have experience in storage unit complex? Was thinking about getting into the space and wanted to hear any opinions/ideas, good/bad stories. Two of the biggest questions that I have, What kind of return should I expect? (high/low) and are there property management that you can hire that specialize in this class of real estate?
I am in the Knoxville TN market fyi.
