Leasing Agent Commissions on Referrals to Other Services

Hi - does anyone have any insights regarding what a typical commission / revenue share amount or percentage is for leasing agents referring tenants to other services a building may be partnered with (i.e., what commission do leasing agents typically make for referring tenants to a internet/cable company, renters insurance provider, furniture rental company, etc.)?
