Calif AB1482 Exemption Notice Timing
I have an individually owned single family rental house (not LLC or corp. owned). It should be exempt from Calif. AB 1482 rental increase limitations. But, I have not the given current renters an Exemption Notice (which apparently was supposed to be given by July 01, 2020). Is there a way to make my rental house exempt from AB 1482 (and allow me to increase rent greater than 5% + CPI)?
