This is a great thought experiment! Of course, as are most articles, the authors don't seem to ask the right questions but love to create the idea of a big battle.
If either party has before / after pictures to substantiate their claim, they would likely win. It is also not clear from the article when they say "she agreed" if this was in writing or something verbal.
