North Carolina or General Surrender Agreement

Does anyone have a surrender agreement they could share?  Our property is in North Carolina.

We were able to get our current tenants to agree to vacate the premises for non payment but now we want to make sure that we are covered after we get keys.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
