Cash flow marker alert

Hey everyone, I've been operating in a sub market of the Pittsburgh area for a few years now. Cash flow is high and appreciation is low. My goal is to eventually branch out into other markets by partnering. My ideal partner is someone that is in the opposite market as me and we would benefit each other in the long run. I propose a JV on something small first to test the waters and go from there. If you are interested in this please send me a connection and we can go from there. I have plenty of SFR's around 40k that rent 800-900 in the area. Looking for someone that plans to be in the business long term and has a good track record.

Thanks BP
