Rent to own power of attorney
Here's the situation. My dude paid 18,000 already. 5,000 more to go. He went to jail, he ex-wife still married has power of attorney. Landlord tried raising rent and not putting it towards the house payment because I was not on the contract. So dude said out the house in her name. So she can pay it off. Greedy mf landlord sold the house and changed the locks. His wife has poa and gave the go ahead. Something isn't right. I need advice QUICK.
