Happy Friday!

Since I joined the real estate and property management world, I've seen a lot of challenges from real estate investors. These are the top three I've heard. What have you heard?

1. Real estate investing can be time-consuming ⏰

2. Variety of rules and laws to know and follow ⚖️

3. Uncertainty 🤯

@Chris Mullinax I would agree with those as being the top 3. Now remove the words 'Real estate' from rule number one and you have covered all investing with those items.
