Insurance Company that Issue to High Claim Records Client?

Stella Zhao
Posted

I own multiple properties across the US. I had never filed claims until last year, multiple of my properties had water issue. I filed water claims for two, and another claim for wind damage. All 3 were for different properties. None of which had claim history. Now I am acquiring a new property, want to get a landlord insurance, but couldn't find an insurance company that would offer the policy. They say I have too many claims and my agent said he doubt any insurance company would issue me a policy. Anyone had encountered this before. What can I do? I am looking to purchase a WA policy.
