Systems in place of 20+ units.

Hello, I currently have 10 units - but have a goal to get over 20 units in the next 12 months. I'm really hoping to have a conversation with someone who has 20+ units to pick their brain on how they manage it. Everything from property managers, LLC protection, lawn/snow care, rent collection - and anything to be efficient.
