Question about STR License in Broward Cty, FL

Hi folks, i understand I have to obtain an STR license in broward to operate as an airbnb or STR. Should the license be under the property owner's name or the property managers name? If i'm missing anything please lemme know. I'm new to STRs in SoFlo. Thx in advance!
