Dennis Block - sending notices without authorization

Simon Gibbons
Posted

Has anybody else had an issue with Dennis Block (or any other eviction lawyer) sending notices without authorization? Last week, DB served a Perform Or Quit notice to a LA County MFR tenant without running it by me first, which meant it was missing crucial details. To my regret, I've spent the last two days dealing with another emergency instead of chasing DB and I've just found out they've served another notice late tonight without my knowledge or authorization.

Has anybody got any experience of tidying up a messy situation like this?
