Closing on a 2br in Long branch. Small kitchen and trying to decide whether or not to have an 18” dishwasher installed. Thoughts/perspective?

@Zak House  I would install. We have installed in 2 or 1 bedrooms and people like them.  However an 18 inch is more expensive on the whole.  Is the kitchen that small that a 24 inch isn't viable?    If your competition has them then it is a important you do too.  There are of course kitchens that are too small for dishwashers but I suspect this is not the case for you.
