Property management for rental
Hello,
While I am looking for a property management company, I talked to few companies and one of them said hey charge just one month's rent for a whole year of leasing and maintenance with no monthly fee. They do all the credit checks for placing a tenant, 24 x 7 maintenance, eviction process if needed and do regular checks. They said they manage about 300 properties.
Charging just one month's rent for the whole year sound too good. Is is something many companies offer and is something fishy about this ? Are there any more details I need to check ?
