Are you having difficulty applying for assistance?

My state has $180 million available for rental assistance and started accepting applications six weeks ago. So far, they've received requests for less than 7% of the available funds. Despite the low number of applicants, they've only paid one tenant so far and all the other applications are pending.

What's your experience been with the application process? Are your tenants receiving any payments?
