Seeking input - Building platform to handle problem tenants

Hey there--I'm an attorney working on a platform to help landlords, property owners, or property management companies handle their disputes with current and past tenants. I've seen firsthand how expensive legal counsel can be to help with issues and wanted to create something based off those experiences. Have you struggled with a problematic tenant? I'd love to hear about it.

We're still early in the iteration process and I am not trying to sell you anything--I just want to hear about your frustrations to make sure I'm building a solution that provides value and is genuinely helpful.
