I'm looking for someone to manage my properties in Columbus. To collect the rent, screen tenants, help with maintenance etc.
I currently own one fourplex building and another duplex in Columbus. Total 6 doors.
I'm looking for someone reliable and available.

Thanks!

I need rent collection, screening for good tenants, manage the tenants (having them communicate any issues to the property manager and not directly to me) and then there is the maintenance part. If something needs done like cutting the grass or fixing the appliances etc. so I need at least to know when it needs to be done so either the manager takes care of it or I can bring a handyman to do it. But that's pretty much what I need I don't want to manage the tenants directly.

But I am open to just taking someone to do things without being a registered propery management company. Just someone who has rentals and knows how to handle these things is also good for me.

I'd recommend interviewing them directly, and speaking to some of their clients. We were burned by a terrible property manager in Columbus who seemed "reputable". I will send you their name in a DM.
