Need advice about Illinois cities bordering St Louis.
I am looking to buy a single family home to rent out to make some income/invest. I'm looking to invest in the St Louis Metro area. I was thinking about the Illinois areas on the East side of the Mississippi River, like Granite City, instead of St Louis, to get a better price on a house. Do you think I'll have trouble renting it out? Why? I don't actually live in the area, but I have family there. I'll be asking them, too.
