Dear BP community,

I've been reading a lot lately on this site and find it incredibly insightful and learned a lot.

I started buying SFR properties lately (mostly foreclosed properties) in Wilkes-Barre PA, a blue color area. I am looking to connect with the REI community in this area and hopefully find a property manager who's interested in add more in their portfolio.
