Attitude from tenant
Hello, got a tenant who has an attitude where she thinks she's the boss who does whatever she wants. When asked to do something like opening her yard so contractors can come in, she argues back and says to tell them to just jump over the fence even though she's able to unlock it for them. We had some old wood pieces that had been left in her yard when she first moved in, so we told her two years later when we remembered them that she can dispose them if she doesn't want them there. Her yard is a few steps away from the trash bin and she replies that we need to remove them ourselves. What's the best way to handle this situation with an uncooperative tenant who is not pleasant to interact with? She's on a month to month lease.

Are there other examples you forgot to mention? This doesn't sound bad at all. You left the wood there for two years so it appears neither of you are concerned about it and can just leave it there.
As for the fence, you tell her (don't ask her) to unlock the fence for the contractors. If she refuses, you show up with a key and unlock it yourself, then charge her for hour service along with a notice that another violation will result in termination of her lease.
