Landlord Tenant Attorney in Maryland (Oxen Hills / Baltimore)

Hi everyone,

First, I wanted to thank the BP community.  I've been a huge BP fan and have been reading and learning for some time now.  

Would appreciate referrals to a Landlord Tenant Attorney in the Maryland (Prince George's County) area to help with giving a month-to-month tenant notice and having them vacate. Thought we were on good terms until some complaints and HOA stepped in and now they need to move on.

Appreciate any Attorney referrals or thoughts / advice.  Thank you all in advance
