how to find home care company to rent my 12 bedrooms house

I have 12 bedrooms houses which used to be used for home care facility many years ago.   It has been empty for a few years.  How can I find home care company which might be interested in rent my house?  Is there any place that I can put an advertisement to rent my house to home care company?
