Florida market for rental properties -- seeking your advice
Hi everyone - I'm looking for purchasing my 2nd investment property in Florida (FL), and more specifically am looking into North Port, Port Charlotte, and Cape Coral. Does anyone have any thought or advice to share with me about whether any of these markets are good for appreciation AND leasing out the property for long term? Do you have any recommendation among these 3 cities? Any other advice/recommendation would be highly appreciated :)
