Remote Investor Seeking Plumber or Advice In Euclid Ohio

Posted

My situation is that I acquired my 1st turn key rental with tenant in place just about 3 months ago. Now I am regretting that decision.2 weeks ago, I received a call from the property management notifying me that the gas had to be shut off due to a gas leak. They proceeded to finding a plumber to assess the repair and provide a quote. Well, to make a long story short, it took 2 weeks just to come back with a quote and to this point, the work has still has not been done. I have unsecessfully tried to contact the contractor  directly. In the meantime, the tenant has been staying in a hotel.Today the property manager assigned to my case informed me that she'd quit, effectively immediately . I have lost confidence in this company and may need to find someone to do the work myself. Does anyone in the area know of any companies that you've worked with that performs this kind of work that you'd recommend?  Or does anybody have any advice or suggestions  on how to handle this situation?
