NEED Orlando area GC!!!

Hey guys, I recently purchased a SFH to be used as a rental in Sanford, in short it's down to the studs. It's a 4bd/2bth roughly 1200sq ft ranch style home, I believe the previous owner ran out of money on it; it's got a new roof, all new wood framing, new electric was ran (but permit wasn't closed) & all of the plumbing is ran (permit wasn't closed either).

My problem is I literally CAN NOT find a single person who actually wants a job it seems. I’ve called I want to say over 30 contractors in the surrounding around I’ve pulled from google, given as referrals, &/or seen a company truck and called the number and absolutely NO ONE even tries to take the job it seems. I’ve had 1 ‘serious’ bit but was ridiculously overpriced and included maybe 50% of whatever even needed to be done. Next ‘serious’ bud took a month to get me the quote, constantly forgot when I would call to the point that I said forget it it’s too unprofessional for me. The remaining 25+ have either A.) Never even returned a message or B.) Never showed up to quote/bid or follow up after first phone call.

So my question to the Bigger Pockets Community is does anyone PLEASE have anybody they can recommend or have worked with or maybe it’s you that can do the work??? I would greatly appreciate it.

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings. Try to network with people in your local area and seek assistance that way.
