Scottsdale Arizona Rentals

Hello everyone,

I am 27 years old and looking to make my first purchase on a rental property. Does anyone know any good areas in the Scottsdale area where rent is strong and occupancy is high? Budget is 800K. Dont know if I should buy two sfrs or one sfr.

But plan on just renting them. Not living in them. Any advice for a newbie would be appreciated & I am really excited to get to hear what you guys have to say.
