Dishwasher repair
I bought a mobile home with renters in place. They stated that the dishwasher was not working and I therefore replaced it. Within 2 weeks they broke the new dishwasher. What is my obligation with fixing appliances. Since it was obviously their negligence, am I required to replace this appliance?

How do you know they broke it? If you can really show that you brought in a working dishwasher and they broke it, I'd tell them they could fix it. If you brought in a used on and the damage isn't obviously caused by them, then I'd say you're on the hook. After they move out, pull it out and stick something else there, unless these are a very common item in your area. As you're finding out, they're troublesome.
