I have a rule In my buildings that Nothing is allowed in hallways, all tenants are compliant. one tenant recently started puuting out stuff, her mop and bucket, big kids bike etc. I have asked her please not to keep it there so she answered "I'll try my best", and she is leaving it there, is there anything I can do about it?

. Thank you

@Sami Gren In addition to what @Patricia Steiner said, I would also let your tenant know that storing items in the hallway may be a violation of fire codes. Other tenants may not be able to exit the building in an emergency with her stuff in the way. She has X days to remove it or it will be removed and she can pay the removal/storage fees.
