New Construction (Address Listing Issue)

Hello,

My partners and I have two new construction townhomes under contract and are set to close a little later this summer. We're were trying to get a ahead of the curve and list these properties as far in advance as possible, but none of the prominent listing services will allow us to list our properties as the address hasn't been verified by google. We've tried calling these services and google, however, it seems to be one hole after another. Has anyone else ever dealt with this issue and how did you rectify it?

Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated!
