Looking for good property manager in Pittsfield

My partner and i have invested in real estate in our local market for the past 20 years.  We are looking to expand, and exploring Pittsfield and surrounding areas.  We have always managed our own crews and rentals ourselves, however as this is out of our area, we would need a good property manager.  Any suggestions?  One who also invests is a bonus (for the local experience).
