How does a 30 day notice work?
I know I will have to give my landlord my intent to vacate letter on the first of the month. But does that mean I have that entire month to pack all of my things and move? And when would I plan to do a walkthrough with my landlord? Do I just call them when I’ve moved everything out or am I supposed to wait till my 30 days are up? This is my first time renting and I don’t want to cause any problems on myself or my current landlord.
