Looking for recommendations for GC and PM in Birmingham, AL

I have a property under contract (home inspection done already), which needs some repairs. Also will need a PM to take care of it. Property already has a tenant who lives there since 2016.

I really appreciate recommendations on a General Contractor and Property Management companies there.
