Schedule E Cheatsheet?

Does anyone have some sort of Schedule E cheatsheet for what items may fit under each category for tax purposes?

For example, I purchased a new washer to replace a broken one, what category might that fall under?

If anyone has a cheatsheet that they’re willing to share, I would be grateful for that.

*I will consult a tax professional upon filing, but would like some guidance for recordkeeping until the next tax cycle.
