Section 8 Inspection - Sheds on property
I have 2 properties in central Florida that I plan on renting through Section 8. We don't have basements here in Florida, and in my investment area, many houses have sheds in the backyard. Given the elements and critters here, the sheds get pretty dilapidated pretty quickly. Since my tenants are responsible for lawn care, I like the idea of providing a shed for that. But if they aren't well maintained, will they fail a section 8 inspection?
Anyone have experience with this?
