What Sites do you use to advertise for rental?

I am in a house hack [3/1 + 1/1] and I will be moving into a new add-value property so will need to rent my current property [the 3/1]?

Is a site like ZILLOW what is best to advertise rentals?

Also, what do you all recommend for screening potential tenants?
