Coastal towns with a good market

Hi all-

Active duty Coast Guard here preparing for a potential PCS in 2022. I’d like to know if there are any suggested areas along the coast that have decent rental markets? Ideally, I’d like to stay in the lower 100s (we’ll see how the market goes) for multi or single families. Obviously, I don’t have 100% say in where I PCS, but there’s some. Texas and the DMV area (current station) have good likelihood’s.
