@Alan Marentes I always recommend to my first time investor clients to go about acquiring a SFR that is move in ready. In order to do that I recommend they reach out to an investor friendly lender that can give them favorable conventional financing terms. I work here in Texas. More specifically, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding counties. A great investor friendly lender I recommend here in Texas is @Andrew Postell. He is also a fellow investor too. One other suggestion when posting on BP be very specific as to city and/or state your looking in too. You will be surprised about how fellow investors that contribute will be willing to help you out.
