Which Landlord Insurance Did You Use?

Hi there BP fam!

I am currently in the process of closing on a rental property and am shopping around for landlord insurance. I came across Steadily and they quoted me what seems to be a pretty good rate.

Has anyone had any experience with them?

I am kind of newbie when it comes to insurance so I am making sure I have the necessary coverage and that I am not missing anything important, i.e. loss of rental income coverage / water damage / dwelling replacement cost / premises liability (although not sure how much is enough?)
