Hi Im new here. I was thinking of buying some low cost homes and renting them out. How would I go about getting financing from the bank. I make around 100k per year. I was thinking about 10 homes in the 30k range. I have 25% to put down on each house. Any advice will be great appreciated. Thank you :)
