A federal judge threw out a national eviction moratorium, saying the Covid-19 pandemic-relief measure exceeded the powers of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The CDC never should have had the authority to do this in the first place.  An excellent first step to some normalcy.  I have been lucky and had few issues with tenants defaulting.
